At DUENCY, we strive to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. However, please review the following refund policy regarding our digital marketing services:

Payment and Billing:

Once the contract is signed by the client, we have the authority to charge the card as per the contracted installments. No refund will be made after 30 days have passed from the start of the service period. In the event of account cancellation due to infringement of our terms of business, no refund will be made.

Service Activation and Timeline:

Your service will begin immediately upon payment. Please note that due to the various rules of search engines, it may take up to 60 days for your listing to appear in Local Search Results from the activation and verification date. Activation of your listing may take a maximum of 30 days. The month of SEO services that you purchase from DUENCY is billed ahead of time. You will be billed for the upcoming month of services to be rendered. SEO services cannot be canceled in the middle of the month, and no part of the current month's funds will be refunded.

Client Satisfaction:

If you are not 100% satisfied and wish to cancel our services, please do so before the beginning of the next month.

We encourage you to provide us with feedback and an opportunity to address any concerns before canceling.

If you are unhappy with our SEO services for any reason, please contact us promptly so that we can work to remedy the situation. We value our relationship with clients and aim to be honest and faithful in our dealings.

Refund Conditions:

Delayed Project Start If we fail to start the project within 15 days of receiving payment, we will provide a full refund.

Incorrect Information:

If you provide incorrect information and request a refund after receiving our services or reports, a full or partial refund will not be possible.

Project Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel the project within 48 hours of making payment and request a full refund, we will process it accordingly. If you request project cancellation after 48 hours, we will deduct the proportionate amount for the work completed and refund you the remaining balance.

If you are unsatisfied with the incomplete portion of the project, you may request a proportional refund for the remaining work/project.

Failure to Provide Required Information:

If the client fails to provide the necessary information within the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee the results or issue a refund based on the delayed progress. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change and it is recommended to review the latest version on our website or contact our customer support for any further inquiries or clarifications.
